I went to the Irving mall and the regional manager was at the at&t store and I told him about the radio shack deal, he said to keep my iPhone and he would give me the captivate for free if I used my upgrade... the phone murders my iPhone, period!!!

You have to qualify for an AT&T contract. Whatever they require for that is where you'll be.

Likely not as many as would have before they released their strong line up of android devices. 2 years ago everyone would be RUNNING to get an iPhone, but now the Droids are just as nice, if not nicer. I'm sticking with my Droid X. But there will always be those apple fanboys who dont know shit and like a logo.

Now that wasn't needed, I got a droid x from my last job and it was okay at best. Exchange sync wasn't that great, and for personal stuff itunes and mobileme(mail/cal/cloud storage/find my iphone) is done much better.

If you are a new ATT customer, however, it is not available anymore. I believe Verizon is offering unlimited though.

x2 especially because the cell companies throttle data after 10-12 gigs depending on the company. Plus 3G isn't fast enough to even want to use that much data lol
