Battlefield 3 controller lag?

Ok, so I went out and bought this game after hearing all of the hype, but it is almost unplayable due to this-



(second half of the video is BF3)


Is there a way to fix this? As of now the controls are so clumsy that I can't hardly stand it.

bf3 uses negative acceleration. on the pc you can fix it, not sure about the consoles.

My $400 blueray player (PS3) is just that to me, a movie machine.

lol, but I am not sure, I would try to restart everything and sync the controller again to see if it helps. Otherwise I would say that it is just the lag in the bluetooth.

it affects pc too, even with the raw input flag its not 1:1 mapping.
its slowed down intentionally.

but it can fixed but its still not 1:1

I played it as well as I get tired of Black Ops however I just cannot stand the fact that it takes me 5 minutes to run from one side of the map to the other and then when I do find someone I cant move quick enough and end up getting killed....

Black Ops, no problem which leads me to belive that BFC creators did this on purpose. I also think this is why the Call of Duty series has done so well.

I like the fact the maps are huge on BF3, makes me feel like progress is made when playing Rush and you move up through the map.

I just think some people hate on the BF game because they are not as successful at smoking others as they are with the cartoonish game of COD. Oh yeah, and it's always the developers fault that the player cant succeed in the BF games. Nice excuse.

Honestly I dont care whos fault it is but mearly giving my opinion. Sounds like you have been butt hurt on COD before...

I dont see how COD is cartoonish otherwise it would be Super Mario Bros with guns...so that makes no sense but to each his own. I have played both BFC2 and 3 as well as all of the COD games since PS2 and I choose one over the other as my preference. Not because I suck or whatever you call it but because this is what I like.

I did like the size when sniping but fuck it takes forever when you are carrying a mid to short range weapon....basically have to come up behind them or run into a newb....

I do like being able to have another shooter game to switch to when those COD sluts start siting in the corners. Although I have seen that on BFC3 already as well....

Honestly I have never noticed this issue. Maybe it's because it's a phailstation 3 and not Xbox? Any 360 guys have this issue? Seems smooth for me.
