          Nope, Someone hacked the BF3 servers, I had no idea, went onto a BF3 server that was hacked, next thing I know I have spent over 10,000 Microsoft points and was buying more. They even added their email to my account so I could not log into it. Basically 100% microsoft/EAs fault and I get to suffer.

                  Was this confirmed to be a hacked server? I'm curious because you can't buy dedi's for 360, don't they all come from EA (in regards to Dedi's on consoles)

                    yeah they are all run by EA. I don't see how a server could be used to exploit this as there is no reason for a game server to receive any private account info.

                      Why are there EA servers and DICE servers? I've noticed some are owned or run by DICE and they have [DICE] in front of the server name.

                            It was during the Beta, so who knows how open the servers were or even if EA really owned it. All I got was a "we are sorry for this" email and that nothing can be done.

                              During the beta, weren't allll servers provided by EA/DICE?
                              I'm sure you've done this already, but change your passwords for everything. Do you know anyone else who was affected by this?

                              I may not know much about the situation, but I don't see how the server can pull your login info.
