Hard Drive tools cd?

A LONG LONG time ago...someone on here gave a link to a CD image that contained multiple hard drive format/partition/recovery tools on it. Somehow I lost the disc and I need to do a format on a Vista HDD to remove the various partitions that were installed at the factory (restore partitions) which don't work. Anyone got any good links?

Tell me what I'm doing wrong. I have scrolled all over the page looking for a download link and it doesn't appear to have one? I click on the ZIP file and it just refreshes the page.
