Laptop suggestions for less than $400?

I need to get a new laptop and Im not sure which one to look at. I only use a laptop to browse the web and watch videos online. Anyone have a suggestion on whats the best bang for the buck?

If you can find one, the older Qosmio series have some decent horsepower behind them, might get some games to live on them. If not, the X205 series are good too.

Go to Microcenter and look for a refurb. I found a pretty nice lap for $350, with the aid of TXRedneck

If your willing to try something new you could find a used 2 or 3 year old core 2 duo Macbook on craigslist. For surfing and watching videos they're great and FAST.
