    Samsung's servers are down. Been trying to update my gf's phone all night

      Read this closely and carefully. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1652398

      Once you're clear on how/what to do, dl and install the driver from here

      Once that's done, dl Odin to flash with and this file to flash. Unzip BOTH to their own folders on the desktop and follow the instructions from the thread.

          i tried to update samsung galaxy s2 skyrocket through samsung kies and now my phones bricked i have no clue how to fix it. the screen just has a caution sign on it. how do you put it into recovery mode?

                I can imagine this may have been asked before, yet I can't find any definitive answers, to what are the benefits to running ICS over Gingerbread at this time? :)
