Where to source PS3 bluray?

Buddy gave me his original 60 gig with a dead bluray, it will play regular discs but no games/blurays. Anyone know of a local source for the drive? I don't mind replacing the whole thing myself..

I would say CL or eBay. I'm sure there's tons of parts there.
