Issues with samsung galaxy

Don't know what the heck happend to my phone, but as of this morning it won't wrap text when I zoom in and then double tap the screen. All it does is zoom bak out when I double tap the screen. Anyone else having the same issues or know of a fix. It's the first edition galaxy. Thanks

Check the settings on what ever web program you use.
