phone upgrade

I have the 3GS and love it. I have no problems with texting. The autocorrect fixes most fuck ups you might make. But I had a harder time with my BB then I do on this thing.

Yeah, the iPhone autocorrect is neat, but the Android autocorrect is a million times more awesome.

Android all the way. I've only had my EVO for about 3 weeks or so and I love it. There is nothing this thing can't do.

There isn't another Walmart or at&t store around?

i did go to Radio Shack, and they stopped carrying HTC. the next closest walmart is about 30 minutes away. im fine with waiting till the end of the week for the phone.

I'm an android fan and all, and I really hate apple, but there's no way I'd get an Aria before an iphone4.
Now their Galaxy S version i'd grab, or the Nexus S (if they're getting it too.)

im not looking at the Iphone 4, it would be the 3Gs if i went that route.

I just used my upgrade for an iPhone 4 too. The texting was annoying for about 10 texts then I got used to it. I can damn sure type way faster then on my old "throw away."

I really like how you can just pick it up and not need any instructions. The iPhone 4 is really dmmy proof I think. If you've ever owned an iPod you kinda already know your way around the phone.

My deciding factor was that all my music was already from itunes and just went with the flow instead of converting everything...

My other choices were the windows phone and the facinate or whatever captivate but after playing with them I liked the iPhone.

app brain: is good for suggesting apps to download based on previous downloaded apps
(obviously this won't be as useful at first)

beautiful widgets: lets you customize weather, clock, comes with widgets
its not free but I highly recommend it.

If you are planning on modding there is a long list but I won't get into those atm.

I guess it really depends on what you are into.

I got the iphone 4 last week and filled out an online questioneer from apple. Yesterday they sent me a voucher for an 8gb ipod touch with about 100 dollars of accessories. They said they are doing it for select iphone 4 customers that bought an iphone from at&t or apple while radio shack was doing the 100 dollar iphone 4s.
Stoked! Got about one thousand dollars of apple stuff for 200+tax lol.

If the bill is under your name and you have been a customer for awhile with no delinquent payments you are automatically a preferred customer and qualify for an upgrade every year or so no matter the contract. Everyone else under your name gets an upgrade every 24 months with a new 24 month plan.
