Ok so whats the big difference? iPhone has been the only smart phone ive ever owned. Ive had the 3g, 3gs, 4, and 4s in the last 3-4 years. I just upgraded to this 4s back in june-july when the wife was due. Both got 4s'. I know ATT doesnt allow phone changes unless you wanna pay out the dickhole. So, what are my options? Find someone who wants to trade? Try ATT? What? Im tired of iPhone being slow, finicky, and such! I really only use my phone for calls, text, pics, and internet browsing (grandfathered-in unlimited data). Plus the 4G internet isnt that fast...

I had been thinking about switching to a GS3 for a while from an Iphone. Well my Iphone finally bit the dust so i pulled the trigger. I was afraid that there would be a lot of things programmed into my mind from using the iphone for so long. It was a frustrating 1-2 hours with the phone at first. After that though my only complaint is that I wish I would have made the switch sooner. My wife bought one the same night i did and loves it also.

The capability was included in an iOS update for the iPhone 4S only. There was a huge stink about it because after everyone woke up from their phones updating overnight it said 4G instead of 3G and people were screaming that they weren't getting LTE speeds. Which they weren't, they were getting HSPA+ speed (where available).Originally posted by Lason View PostOh I didnt even know they offered that in iphones, I thought it was 3G untill the 5 came out. Shows how much I know

And this is waby the ITU should never have caved to the SP's lobbying for the definition of what 4G is to be changed. It has done nothing but cause confusion and allow them market and sell services that were never and will never be what 4G was truly intended to be.Originally posted by Ratt View PostThe capability was included in an iOS update for the iPhone 4S only.
