I'm really hoping this sIII is better then what I'm use to. I hadn't switched before this because of all the wires, cases, and just plain complacency. I hate starting over.

Side note: 1. How do you remove the SIM card on this iPhone?
2. How does this other guy restore his galaxy to factory settings?

Ok so I now have a sIII. So far im not impressed...
1. Texting/typing cant keep up and is always a few letters behind my thumbs.
2. The 4s seems faster.....
3. Most importantly, WTF! NO group text?!?!?! Wow... I text a lot with family ans its fucking bullshit I cajt group text.

Did you follow the instructions I gave you in the PM? Your symptoms are atypical. You CAN group text on the stock sms/mms app, but are limited to 10 recipients. To do more than 10 at a time, dl Hancent, or the like, from the Play store. You might also try using a different kb than what you're using.

How do you send a group text using s3's stock msg program? I dont have more then 6 recipients.
Gosms is confusing.
Oh and losing ALL my contacts didnt help... sorry if I came off as a dick but I am extremely pissed and mad at myself for switching. Fuck.

My wife hated like when she went from her iPhone 4 to the S3 too. Takes some getting used to and it doesn't help that the S3 comes preloaded with multiple redundant apps that does the same thing like text mssg.

She loves it now though. I asked her if she wanted to get a iPhone 5 with my sons upgrade and she said she preferrs her S3 now. Just remember this isn't apple anymore. If you don't like the stock text app jump on the market for another.

Oh but one thing your going to hate is receiving multiple pics in MMS, they come through in a very annoying slide show. No way to change that AFAIK.

Ok my bad on kb. But as for the "multiple" recipients: still a no go. It does send out to all, but the recipients receive the texts separately. Gosms seems to be working for some in my group.

AFAIK, that's an ios thing where you initiate a group text session and each reply from an individual is received by each person in the group.

Saved and Texan by the Grace of God, Redneck by choice.
