any reason why youtube doesnt work at my house?

Not for sure what is going on, but here recently it started to happen. No you tube vidoes will work on my phone or xbox at the house. Even 95% will not work on my laptop either. What could cause this? Would it have anything to do with Charter? Or something in my settings got changed or what?

Most ISP's like to limit the amount of bandwidth youtube provides because it competes with their products ( namely tv ). I have to proxy my shit through abecx.net to stream damn near anything.

Who's router are you using? Any QoS routing or packet prioritization setup?

netgear, just factory settings. I called Charter to see if they limit anything. they said no.
