I'm not really into all the super techy crap. I make calls, text, email, listen to Pandora mainly. Normally I'd be turned off by any windows mobile phone but one of the IT guys at work has a lumia and seems pretty solid. Are there any reasons to avoid the lumia specifically?

It's not a problem for those that are "non-techie" as SlowLX says he is. When I cracked my Win Mobile work phone last year I decided to switch and see what all the Android noise was about. Being that I don't really DL apps, there hasn't been an upside, just a different interface.Originally posted by Tx Redneck View PostVery limited marketplace.

I can say that a negative has been managing my music, this HTC app royally sucks. I don't even use it any more, and just drag songs directly to and from the phone. Zune was a lot easier to use.

I had played with GS4 and owned a GS3 also own a Lumia 920 basically the same as the 925. Marketplace is not big issue anymore you can basically find all the apps you need. I can say this I had times the GS4 lagged and crashed couple times while my 920 never has. If you don't need all this latest and greatest app, the 925 is a great with an amazing camera specially in low light and its a nokia which mean its built like a tank.
