    Mobile Hotspot

    I'm trying it out and so far I'm somewhat pleased with it. I got the 6gb from sprint so I can stream from my xbox. My issue is that enough for what I'm doing? I've been trying to get Internet service but most want to do a bundle package. How much can I do with the max 6gb? Should I get a wimax, since 4g is nill inside the house, for better performance?

    6gb is going to go fast if you are streaming. My wife has mobile hotspot and one movie used about 1gb of data.

        Here's my usage so far. It's only been for streaming 1 episode of a show, watching movie trailers on xbox video, xbox live updates and downloading an app on xbox.

              Lol, yeah I know. Compared to my usage on my phone vs mobile hotspot it's not going to be what I want. I'm just trying it out. I've looked at AT&T, Verizon, TWC, Dish, etc...almost all require bundle packages. I hardly watch tv so cable is out of the question, streaming is the way to go nowadays.

                For the most part it's good. It does have "bad days." I can stream netflix on it no problem. HD Youtube struggles during normal usage hours. I just switch to 480p and It's good to go. Could I play Xbox on it? Not sure.

                I've used over 100gb a month with it. I average around 20gigs though. I use it at work as they have just about everything blocked.
