Humble Bundle - Origin

Neithe do I, but they give you the option for Steam for all of them except BF3 and The Sims 3

Those are the two games I'd probably actually play, as I've never played either before. Who am I kidding though, I haven't even really played any of the games from the THQ humble bundle.
