Issues with Kies3 install

Anyone run into the issue where Samsung Kies(for Galaxy S4) updates to version3, but cannot complete it?

It requires the removal of previous Kies versions, but it does not complete the task.

I looked in the MicroSoft OS and found "Samsung Kies" in the "Programs and Features" folder, but it's not an item that can be uninstalled.
Probably the remnant of the previous version that was attempted to be deleted.

I did some searching in the registry, but I didn't see "Samsung" and "Kies".

Anyone know how to remove this application remnant sitting in the "Programs and Features" directory ?

You uninstall KIES by on the original installation file for the version you want to remove. There will be a prompt to reinstall or remove option. That's they way it's always worked for me.
