They give us Verizon MiFi's here at work. Really good coverage. I use it in the car to run the iPad and keep up with GPS and such on road trips. Worked flawlessly all the way to Ohio and Maryland this year.

Iirc, Clear operates on Sprint towers if that means anything to you.

My Vz works everywhere I've used it from, but it slow, like almost dial up slow.

IIRC, you can't get Clear anymore. We were going to buy some as backups at work and found out they are no more.

I got an at&t Unite for $1 and had it added to my share plan for $20 a month. My mom is still on freaking dial up, so a 4g/LTE is a massive improvement. Supports up to 10 devices if theres ever any need.
