Checked it out works on att, have to have ear phones plugged in, can switch it to the speakers after. Guess it uses the phones as a antenna maybe?.

That's usually how it works, the headphones acting as an antenna.

I let my wife use my upgrade since her iphone broke, got two months to look around. I'd like to see the S5 when it comes out.

Seeing as how the S4 is still a flagship device a year later I'd imagine the S5 will be pretty good. It'll have a slightly faster processor, slightly better camera and a slightly bigger screen. Then again you might as well wait for the Note 4.

Go to any best buy store on the weekend after next at the Samsung booths.

As far as waiting for the note 4, there have been a few things going around at work about another galaxy series phone with a metal body and curved screen, super high end phone, but no one higher up from me will tell me anything else official yet.

I bought a Nexus 5, loved the phone, but I must own a phone with the "do not disturb" option. I couldnt find an app that worked as well as the stock app on the samsung phones so I traded the nexus for a note 3.

Just a heads up, the Best Buy Mobile store at Stonebriar mall gave me a fair offer for my partially screwed S2 ($120 credit towards my S4 a year ago). I accidentally remotely flashed a kernel update and it never was the same even after I recovered it.
