It's pretty terrible. It would be better if this user would use the web interface for it, but they insist on using their old-ass copy of Outlook 2007. The Sync Tool is giving them issues, Outlook is throwing Sync Errors left and right, and Google Support has been no help.

Yeah. Know what else sucks? This client has enough users and equipment to go VLK, but is too cheap to do so and is sticking with all OEM.
