    duh, mine with x11 or x13 now. It's same profit with a higher hash rate.

      does hash rate effect value of a bit coin, make it more stable or what?

        I wouldn't say hashrate and value are directly related, but i think in some round about way you could say it kind of has an effect on the price (maybe). higher hashrate = faster mining so to speak.

          This. Hashrate is the measure of the speed at which your computer is decrypting the encryption string from which the currency is released. I read a shit ton about it a few months ago and basically decided it wasn't worth it.
