      That IP is in the same subnet as the web site your trying to get to.

      The fact that you can get to that one and not to the other further points to something being done on the Web Site end. I would hit up their support and your own ISP with trouble tickets. (Tell them your IP (www.ipchicken.com) and that your trying to spend money with them.

      It IS an ecommerce site, they very well could have blocked you on their edge. This can be many reasons, one of which would be bad traffic coming from a computer on your network at some point. May be a long shot, but I would run full virus scans on all your PCs from your home either way.
