Nexus 5 (as well as Android) users

Quick question for you guys. I've hated the fact from day one that the power menu (or whatever you call it) doesn't have an option to restart, only Power Off. I recently downloaded an app (can't remember the name of it) but the widget puts in icon that gives me multiple options for restarting including restarting in safe mode. I would rather have this integrated into the Power Off menu. Any suggestions? I've tried searching but have gotten overloaded with the search results and hoping for a quick answer here. Thanks for any help.

And so did my older Galaxy S2 Skyrocket. Not sure why neither of my Nexus's have the option though (5 and 7).

Im sure Nexus thought it was an unneeded option. Just turn it off, wait and turn it right back on.

xposed + gravity box is pretty much a necessity IMO.

+nexus root toolkit is a great utility for your computer to unlock and root.

after root:
+xposed framework
+gravity box

then you could toss in:
+nova launcher
+tesla unread plugin
+light flow
to really polish off the features.

i guess everyones experience will be different but overall it's a great phone.

i wish the battery was a bit better but it's acceptable.
the only thing i hate is that it is still $399 (32gb) since day 1. i feel like a price drop is around the corner but i've felt that way since march. i caved and just bought it. it's still a great value for non contract unlocked device with stock android.

you can find it on slickdeals.net now and then for $370ish with free ship and no tax but i ponied up and paid full pop from google.

Ya I have all of those add on's as well (Nova, Tesla, and Light Flow). I took a shortcut and used Towelroot to root my phone. Xposed should be as simple as installing the APK along with the extras right? Haven't read a lot about it yet but will this weekend.

So you are buying out of contract right? For a brand new out of contract phone, I think it's a good deal. Performance and specs are really good. Battery life is OK but I really wish it was user replaceable and it had expandable memory. That being said, I'll probably be switching to an S5 pretty soon for those very reasons and the fact that my contact is up and I'm eligible for a new phone. If I wasn't, I'd have no problem hanging on this phone longer.

Because I'm so beyond tired of this HTC oneX.
The screen is about 20% shattered and apparently the aftermarket doesnt make a screen. I called about 4 local screen shops and no one will replace an HTC oneX.
The phone is uber slow. It takes a long time to load a text message. I can open a conversation and type a reply and touch 'send' and the contact information hasnt loaded yet so it cant send. It takes too long for the contact to load. It freezes. I have to make every call on speaker phone with the phone upside down and backwards pressing the speaker as hard as I can against my ear to hear.

I just did. I watched the sites video and they showed an asian drawing the phone for about 2 minutes of the 2:30 video. It seems alright and is cheaper than the nexus.

I'm still under contract. ATT now has that deal where you can add the price of the phone into your contract but I don't like the idea of that.
I went in the other day and they said they would release me out of my contract if I did the monthly phone payment deal, but I declined.
If I was out of contract I would probably get a 5S for the $100 upgrade price (or whatever it is)
