There is nothing wrong with the app, it has it uses. Its a bit bloated/cluttered ui compared to geforce experience. But this app lets you setup amd's shadowplay equivalent. Sure its not needed if you don't plan to use it.
But you should be doing custom install on anything you run on your PC so that you could opt-out of bullshit like this. -
