PS3 ---> PS 4 game transfer?

    PS3 ---> PS 4 game transfer?

    Got a Ps4 on the way and had some questions.

    Is there any transfer of data from PS3 to the PS4? I know the 4 is not backwards compatible for disc games, but do any of the PSN downloaded games transfer to the new console? Or save data for games like GTA5 - I don't plan on buying it again for the new console, but might be tempted if I got to keep my stats.
