I agree but it's the principle. DO right by the very people who keep your doors open. I'm sick of paying for mediocre stuff w/ them. If I decide to stay, I won't get another device from them. I'll buy off fleabay or some other that way I'm not tied down by a contract.

Lies. No problems for 5 years so far. Only had to replace my TP1 7 times due to kb failure.Originally posted by 90GT50 View PostEvery person I know with sprint has different issues with it, they don't get texts, don't get calls, sometimes get MMS messages, just spotty overall.

Thats pathetic service. My wife, who works for ATT wireless, told me today she was tired of hearing about Verizon. Everyone is calling in threatning to leave unless they can get good service. I told her I was glad to hear it. Maybe some stiff competition will change their tune!Originally posted by Tx Redneck View Post#2

I agree with the 2.3 thing but I wont blame ATT for it, I think that is because the manufacters and their UI's, android is sadly become real fragmented. Hell, Im on the most vanilla android ever (nexus one) and still havent gotten 2.3 and Im hearing 2.4 is already around the corner.

Yeah I think the phone version is 2.4. Thats what I mean about fragmented, I read 3.0 will be tablet only so they will branching off I guess. Its all getting stupid complicated. I guess thats the tradeoff with having a open OS.Originally posted by 90GT50 View Post3.0/honeycomb for the tablets is about to be out on motorola's xoom, supposedly the phone version is close to being done.

I hope the VZW thing and Sprint's Simply Unlimited does shake ATT into realizing that they aren't Gods gift to wireless service and start being competitive. They've rested on their laurels way to long w/ the "We cover 97% of Americans" and "The fastest mobile broadband network" crap.Originally posted by Lason View PostThats pathetic service. If Sprint can get HTC to make an update for their flagship, ATT should too. Besides, the crap that they put in stock roms tends to conflict w/ hardware like Sense on the Evo messing w/ Bluetooth.
