Audio Ads on the board?

I get a lot of redirect ads on mobile chrome. I don't even bother getting on here with my phone unless all other sources have been used and still bored

Same shit on iPhone in safari, the only thing I can think that would be doing that is tapatalk, drives me fucking crazy, how many tapatalk users do we have still? Maybe I'll pull it.

I think the problem is if you don't use it, I don't and I get all kinds of strange shit going on with my phone and this site, I hopefully fixed the issue with the desktop audio ad crap, I will try to e-mail tapatalk support on the mobile issues.

I use Chrome on my PC running uBlock during the day and never have an issue. I can try from my phone on Chrome, but I don't think that will help anything.

Past few weeks have been really bad for me on mobile safari, it redirects and usually opens to try and get me to buy an app in the app store, desktop is fine.

I quit using it.. And hate the goddamn tapatalk redirect when I browse on my phone or Galaxy tablet. Pull that shit!

Weird, I literally don't have a single problem with Tapatalk, ever. When I use Chrome mobile I do get prompted to get Tapatalk though.

It's not a problem with using the tapatalk app, it's if you try to use your browser rather than tapatalk. First it pops up a request: "this site uses tapatalk, do you want to?", then when you click no it pops up a full screen ad for tapatalk, then you click the "X" on that and it pops up a tapatalk banner ad.. Then, inevitably, if you just slightly miss the little "X" it opens up the app store. Just annoying as fuck.

I used to use tapatalk but they made a bunch of changes and I wasn't interested in figuring them out. Having the gigantic smartphone screens now, I prefer to just use the browser.

Anytime I browse for info on my mobile device and come across a link to a forum I am always prompted to get Tapatalk, and I already have it installed. Funny thing is, not all forums have Tapatalk support even though I'm prompted every time.

It almost has to be the way the website is registered or something? As a forum I mean. Which makes me wonder if there is really anything you (as site admin) can do about it.



I just don't know how you guys are constantly pinching and zooming. It drives me crazy just trying it for a few minutes. LOL
