Lol, man ive had this PSU for about 6 to 7 years now and its still kickin! I figured back then go big or go home, but im proud of that thing and everything ive thrown at it. We will see how well it does when I start overclocking a tad if I end up doing it..

I'm sure it'll be enough. I'm running my 3770k @4.2ghz, gtx460se, 4x120mm fans, aio water cooler like you, 4xhdd, an ssd and br drive on an Antec Earth Watts 650.

Makes me wonder if I'm pushing my 750w too hard.
        2x GTX 980
        2x platter hdd
        2x ssd
7x 120mm fans (two on cpu cooler)
        1x 140mm fan
        FX8350 cpu

          Measured power consumption GTX 980

System in IDLE = 119 Watts
System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 280 Watts
Difference (GPU load) = 161 Watts
Add average IDLE wattage ~10 Watts
Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 171 Watts

That stuff combined would be about 500W, not accounting for the RAM, overclocking, or any water cooling stuff, so you're probably pretty damn close. I'd go up to 1000W just to be sure, but that might just be me.

I just want to say thanks for changing my mind to go intel, though I don't know how that AMD package would have been, the intel set up I have going it truly amazing. I have just played WoW and CS:GO on it so far and my fps has increased by over 50 and that's at the setting below ULTRA.
I can run ultra but my fps drops to about 50 to 60, but that is all my GPUs fault!
