I want to activate my daughters S5 but it's locked with Sprint. Apparently I need a code to unlock it but when I call Sprint, they aren't very helpful. Do I need to go through Sprint to obtain this code? Can I take it to the store to have it unlocked? Anyone here work for Sprint?
