Deleting history

Got a new computer and want to get rid of this one but I want to make sure there is nothing left on it. It's a Dell with Windows10.

Remove the drive and run your drill through it to shatter the data platters.

Pull the hard drive, wrap it with tannerite and then shoot it with a rifle. Take video.

You can also reformat your hard drive then reinstall the OS.

I use a boot disc that wipes all files clean, the remove the hard drive and shatter with a hammer.

I posted on the assumption that you were intending to pass it on or sell after the fact. If that's not the case, a degausser like above would do it, or just remove the drive and pass the rest on/recycle it, then physically destroy the hdd via whatever means floats your boat.
