Agreed I really like both of em, and they're my go to brands on a lotta shit. Only thing is (and they may have fixed this) but for the longest time Samsung had a problem with their icemakers. Many models were always failing to produce ice. Mine is the same way. Unless there's been some big effort on the part of samsung to change their non-ice making ways, I'd probably have to get a different brand next time.

I forgot to ask, do ssds all connect the same way? I'm wanting to put it in a optiplex 9010. I assume I just hook to to the board through a sata cable and power is the the sata cable from the PSU, correct?

I haven't had to use a Samsung warranty in a long time, but when I did it was on a Plasma flat screen that died 2 months away from it's warrant exp. They sent a tech out the next day and repaired it in my living room and slapped another warranty on it. I didn't have to call anyone or hassle anyone 90 fucking times to get it fixed.

    It was great.

    Can anyone use this? https://www.microcenter.com/product/...top_Memory_Kit

I paid $200 a yr ago and will sell for $100 now. I'm finding, with regularity, that 16gb isn't enough for my regular usage anymore. Multiple VM's...
