 Found this on another forum searching
 
 Try disabling the McAfee network agent service. Run > "msconfig" > Services. I disabled the mcafee network agent and the mcafee firewall core service.
 
 
 Did it and now I'm in business- Thanks for all the suggestions!

 That happened to me when my McAfee subscription went out and they wanted me to renew. Sneaky asshole-ish bastards.
