How come this file wont open correctly?

I need to get this schematic downloaded so I can use it tomorrow while Im out of cell coverage. After I download it and open it on my phone or laptop most of the data is lost and all I can see is black outlines. Is there anyway to download it so I can view it offline?

Because the image is just the table lines. The actual text is overlayed in the HTML

To view it offline just R-Click > Save page as..and put it on your desktop. There will be two files. One will be a folder with all of the page elements and a .html file associated with it. Just click on the .html file and will display just like you're viewing online.
