Based on what I found it uses an IDE hdd. Any on this page will work. It sucks that it's an IDE, you get sooooo much more for your money in SATA interface.

Also go through the control panel and uninstall anything that you're sure you don't need or don't ever use. Then run a defrag, then use Ccleaner. (its free) Then go in your search bar and type "msconfig" and go to the startup tab and uncheck anything that you know you don't need to run on startup. Then restart. Do all that and you'll notice a pretty significant speed change. Especially if you also add some more RAM
