It is really going to take a lot for a new shooter game to impress me. It seems like after being bombarded with the same old crap for the previous few years, the last 3 or 4 new shooter games I have played have seemed incredibly stale. Killzone sucked, Homefront sucked, Medal of Honor sucked, and all of the COD games have just been copies of COD4 with different guns.


I really hope this shakes it up.

BFBC2 shook my world up after playing BF2. I am confident BF3 will do the same to BFBC2.

Just the ability to blow through walls and stab the guy watching the door was enough to make my day...I cant image what being able to deploy your weapons on any type of terrain + huge maps + varied vehicles + fully destructible environment is going to do for this franchise.

I can't remember where but I do recall reading that Dice confirmed the use of bipods.
