    Wireless N?

    To get the extra speed from a wireless N router, do I actually need a wireless N cable modem or can I just keep my cable modem and run it into a wireless N router?

    Your cable modem does not need to be replaced. Just make sure that you have 802.11n wireless network cards in your computers....
