Really, The Exorcist 3? The second one was so bad that I didn't bother watching the third. I don't remember "The Beginning" being very scary at all either. Maybe I'll give it another shot.

the only reason I liked the 3rd one was because it brought back the priest who got killed in the first one and it had George C. Scott in it. The priest is possessed in this one and is in a mental facility. Might also want to check out The Fourth Kind.
