Just got an email from Netflix stating Longmire Season 2 was available. When did this come out??? And dammit why don't they have Season 1 available! Any idea when Season 3 will come out??

Yeah, I haven't looked at how recent it was made, but it had a feel like it wasn't too long after so I'm sure there are more concrete numbers by now. The prevalence of cell phones cameras recording everything as it happened really put you on the ground with it. Horrifying.

Guest repliedFor those into documentaries: Megaquake: The Hour That Shook Japan about the 9.0 a couple of years ago is pretty insane. There are vids of skyscrapers swaying what looks to be 10-15 feet in each direction. I don't see how they didn't collapse.
Right now I'm checking out Secrets of the Dead: The Worlds Biggest Bomb, about the A-Bomb race, but mostly about Castle Bravo and Tsar Bomba. Good stuff.

Guest repliedChinatown starring Jack Nicholson and directed by Roman Polanski. 30's noir made in the early 70's. Great stuff. Jack gets attacked by a couple of guys, 1 with a crutch. After he gets back he screams "Get away from me! You come near me again and you're going to need a pair of those!!" Fucking awesome.
Been meaning to watch this forever and never got around to it.
