They aired comercials during this episode specifically to make you think that. Daryl is the face of walking dead merchandise; they make a lot of money off that. I doubt they kill off Dary until the last season. Norman really enjoys working on the show so it is doubtful he would voluntarily leave. I just think they known how popular he is and are purposefully doing all that to make people guess and worry.

They all survive. Dumpster shows up to save the day.

On the bright side, I am looking forward to the comedian getting his fun on next season.

Can we just kill the whole crew off and start over with his story? Much more interesting.

Thinking as a bad guy in Negans position.

Women are valuable as they can be used to reward your troops, plus traditionally they serve well as the gathers in a hunter gather society.
wimps, wounded and children arent in position to challenge authority killing them just creates hate fuel
killing an alpha/ leader, can create a martyr, it can also destabilize a weak social structure
killing a strong individual will show the assertion of dominance but can motivate the leader

If you pair some of that thinking with the amount of closure Abraham and Eugene had during the episode I think its going to be one of them (most likely Abraham) if the show doesnt follow the comic book

It had to be Aaron. He was definitely the red shirt in that away team.

I can see it being Abraham. If I were in Negan's shoes, I'd take out the alpha. Abraham looked like the alpha throughout that encounter. Rick shook like a leaf and the rest were cowed, each to their own extent of course.

But the walking dead doesn't follow the laws of the jungle, so......

Ok I thought it was good.. They blocked off all the exits and negan made a bad ass entry! Isn't he supposed to be a main character moving foward? Now we know who/what he is and what he's capable of..Rick looked scared shitless! I do think it's either glenn or Abraham who gets the biz end of Lucille.. It is fucking bullshit we gotta wait until October now to find out though!

    Edit: fuck yea Morgan!

What I really like about this show is there are very few commercials, they really respect their viewers

I am leaning towards Eugene or Abraham due to the romantic bro hug encounter they had, probably more Abraham since he was "taking it like a champ."

    I'm 99.9% sure that's what happens.

Gagreed. A lot of build up but it played out pretty predictably. It felt like there were 5 minutes of commercials for every 2 minutes of the show.

I figure Glenn got it, since Negan knows that his wife is right there to watch - Makes it that much more cruel. I think Abraham will go early next season. Eugene and Daryl stay alive with their injuries as a reminder for the group.

I thought Carol was going to get Morgan killed, but it seems they have run into one of the other communities and will get help there.
