Morgan was the guy that rescued Rick in the first episodes. And then was seen again posted up solo in the town when Rick and Michionne went on A run. Morgan had gone a little crazy and was hung up on "clear"ing everything.

I wish that shows did not do the whole fake suspense thing though. Going down the line slicing throats then suddenly something happens before the asian... ....gets old to me!
