Just watched the swedish version of it was very good. Gonna watch the other 2 films this weekend.

I thought it was ok. Revealed some information the Swedish version didn't from the book but also left out some things. Had my roommate not wanted to watch it i'd have never seen it since i've seen the original.

Started to read the book, then girlfriend stole it from me which put me to read the Death Relic. Will continue to read it and give you my opinion once she gives it back.

Great flick IMO. And yeah, the rape scene is pretty brutal.

Will need to watch one in theaters. Saw the original 3 this past weekend thought they were all good movies.

Didn't like part where Bloomvist(sp) left his laptop on table knowing that he would probably be followed knowing info he knew/had. Got a little confused at end when she told her lawyer to sell all of her dads property, but letter lawyer gave her sent her to the abandon building.

Make her watch Irreversible or I Spit on Your Grave and see what sort of reaction that gets out of her. I haven't seen this movie yet, but I haven't read the books either. That being said, I'll watch the originals instead of the (almost) always worse, American remakes.

I thought the American version was pretty well done. It left out a couple of things, but the Swedish version didn't have a couple things that the American version covered.

Curious Case of Benjamin Button was horrible IMO. About 40 minutes in I realized I was watching a Forrest Gump retread. Then I got on imdb and found out they were both done by the same writer.

Zodiac sucked. The Social Network, I have not seen, but it has to suck.

Social Network was actually pretty great. Lots of unconventional humor, moody as hell score, and very deliberate pacing. I was surprisingly impressed. Never did get around to seeing Zodiac.
