Lmao @ Eric. Y'all should watch the dark knight returns. Its actually very good for a comic book animated movie. Probably one of DC's best one to date. It still irks me that they're using this series as the basis for the new movie.

Well, that is closer to how the bat looked during the comic storyline they're meant to be adopting some of the script from.

So I take it you've never read Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns then. The emblem is exactly the same. It seems this suit is heavily influenced by that series and Batman: Noel.
