Does anyone make (besides colt) heavy barreled 14.5" m4 barrels?

Lots of folks. Most barrel makers that make AR barrels will make you whatever you want. Most of the companies that sell parts kits should have what you're looking for on the shelf, though.

i know they have like a notch but what the heck for, grenade launchers or something cool?
