I think it would be an awesome lightweight levergun caliber. I'm not sure if it would work in a short action like a model 92 or require a 94-style action though.
I remember when there was a huge call for matched 32 H&R platforms for CAS, and now that they have been around they are still not too common nor are they cheap. Not sure what the deal is, maybe just because a niche market can't always support a mainstream breakaway.

It will fit in pistol caliber lever carbines like Winchester's 1892 and Marlin's 1894. It probably not made due to lack of potential sales. The .32-20 WCF and the .32 H&R Mag haven't been big sellers when available. The new .327 hasn't been selling very well in handguns.
