What if you have a leak under the foundation? Or in the foundation?

I had one in Albuquerque, in a closet, it was well hidden and a decent storage area, but it wouldn't have held much in the way of guns.

LOL... good for someone who is single. Not so much for the married type where the wife has all kinds of fluffy fru fru's on the bed and you have to destroy it every time you want to pull out a firearm. Not only that, but I have a Tempur-Pedic which is a class A bitch to move anywhere.
