No, not as long as both are texas residents, selling or trading between individuals is fine, whether it be at a gun show or at a garage sale or through a want ad.

Oddly enough, I rate gun shows the same way, based on how many Taurus guns they have. If you only saw 2, I rate this show a 9 on a 1-10 scale.

Yeah, gun shows aren't much for turning up oddball stuff 90% of the time.

Picked up a springfield XD .45 brand new for 425 bucks including tax in Allen. Only guy there that was willing to wheel and deal. Off loaded some old S&W ammo on him. Can't wait to shoot it!

picked up a SS TZ-75 (Tangfoglio) with a 9mm barrel and a .41AE barrel and mags and springs for each at the Mesquite show......now to find dies and brass for the .41AE, can't wait to shoot it!

went back to the allen show today since adam wanted to drop in and i already paid for a 2 day pass.

wound up talking myself into a sig mosquito in OD green with threaded barrel.


went across the street to use my cabelas coupon on some ammo but wound up popping my revolver cherry instead. got a smith & wesson 66-3, 357 maggy w/ 2.5" barrel. i already love it:

ahhh, I was pretty sure a 63 was a .22lr. I picked up a 2" 64-6 a couple weeks ago that I haven't shot yet that is basically the same gun only in .38 special...
