I don't believe this. I know that several reloaders shot low-power lead reloads through 9mm, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP Glocks with factory barrels. I bought aftermarket barrels for mine because I didn't want to mess with bulging on high pressure rounds, not because of leading issues.

I believe thats true, ill have to go look through my manual, but when I read it last year I think I saw that. Not that it matters to me, I only shoot good shit. I've had people at the gun range think Im wasting money but I shoot at the range what Im going to shoot at zombies, crackers, vatos, methheads and crooked cops.

I know they say not to use reloaded ammunition (zomg it voids your warranty!) but I don't think they mention lead bullets specifically. I'll check my G21 and G29 manuals tonight.

And honestly, if they didn't want you to use reloads, they wouldn't send you the 2 or 3 cases from the test firing to start your brass collection.

The manual requires that you use "new high quality commercially manufactured ammunition," and that they won't honor warranty if "improperly loaded ammunition" or "improperly filled ammunition" is used. No explicit mention of reloads, no mention at all of lead bullets.

Truf, I guess if you wanted to shoot lead you could, it looks like hot loads and custom shit not allowed for warranty porposes. Like I mentioned earlier, I only run new good shit through all of my pistols and automatic weapons.
