it's fine, just doesnt have a chrome lined barrel in case you cared.. add a $100 BCG and it's complete.

here is a complete upper for $350. has free float handguard, no FSB, just a railed gas block.

Nope, from everything I saw while piecing mine together, that is on the lower end of the quality uppers I saw

350 is cheap, and you probably get what you pay for.
