Thats' not bad at all! Do I need any special stamps or anything from the government to build one of these for myself? Is there a website or something that will have a parts list so maybe I can source some of these parts piece by piece? Again sorry I'm new to the scene and just getting started on this stuff.

You can spend as little as about $550 or easily spend $1500.Originally posted by Wicked98Snake View PostSo I'm pretty much a gun noob, say I was to get in on some kind of buy like this with you guys, what would I be looking at for cost to build an AR once all is said and done?

We may have to put a July build party together. That should give folks time to gather more parts

Just build it and put a pistol buffer on it. There is nothing the register.Originally posted by bigmuskie View PostI wouldn't see why not, but I'll ask anyways. There is no reason why I can't build at least one AR pistol using these lowers correct? Besides the buffer tube, what other parts should I have on hand to keep this legal? Do I need to register it as a pistol?
