    i do. if i can fin the reciept i should get restitution(so says the ranger) but i had one reciept fly out my window after i bought one of my guns and dont remember which one. probably that one

    Ewww that blows.. He takes the loss because it is in his possession.. Could possibly take the person/store to small claims court but would end up losing mony in the end if the gun was under 1k for expenses.. Everyone looses in small claims court most times..

    So my 30-30 I got back in October turns out to be stolen. Just spoke with a Texas Ranger and I will have to go turn it in this week. Sucks for me but I feel for the guy that it was stolen from.
