If you purchase from out of state yes. Same with silencers/sbr/sbs/aow/etc.

Easiest way is to buy something already in state. That way the two indviduals can do the paperwok and the transfer themselves without a dealer.

I plan on stocking a few suppressors and SBR/SBS, but as much as machine guns are, theres no money in stocking them unless you like money tied up in inventory that moves slower than mud and the deals to turn a profit arent that great anymore.
